Therefore, you guys might be in for a long day. The people have voted twice now, and the Court cannot override the will of the people. I do think however that they might let the previous "marriages" stand simply out of sympathy. But that will still be wierd since the wording is: "Only marriage between a man and a woman "IS" recognized in California".
