In case you’ve missed the news, the California Supreme Court decision on the legality of Proposition 8 will be delivered on Tuesday morning 10am PDT.
Large groups are already planning rallies in either protest or celebration.
Let’s hope it’s a day of celebration.

Jester, from all accounts, the prop 8 will be upheld without a doubt as it is legal. Therefore, you guys might be in for a long day. The people have voted twice now, and the Court cannot override the will of the people. I do think however that they might let the previous “marriages” stand simply out of sympathy. But that will still be wierd since the wording is: “Only marriage between a man and a woman “IS” recognized in California”. So my prediction is: you lose on the most important one and perhaps win on the previous unions.
